如何识别普洱年份呢?

导读:

普洱茶的年份是茶好坏的一个很重要的标准,所以识别普洱茶的年份是一个很重要的知识。普洱茶自身的品质重要,但是普洱茶仓储的年份也是很重要的,仓储越久普洱茶的品质越好(前提是存放在专业茶仓,仓储中不得产生霉变或者受到其它因素影响)

The year of Pu’er is an important standard to judge quality, so identifying its year is a crucial common sense. The quality of Pu’er is important, while the storage year is also vital. The longer the storage of Pu’er, the better the quality. (The premise is that Pu’er is stored in professional tea warehouse without mold or being influenced by other factors).



普洱茶属于越陈越香的茶类,因此现今有人以标榜普洱的年份为荣,追求年限长久的普洱老茶,普洱茶这就涉及到如何辨别普洱茶陈期,以下的方法可供普洱茶友参考:

Pu’er is a kind of tea being better with time, so many people feel proud of flaunting the year of Pu’er and they always pursue aged Pu’er with long history. This issue involves how to identify the year of Pu’er and below methods are for reference:


1、1950年之前:这个时期称为“古董茶”如百年宋聘号,同兴贡饼,同庆号,同昌老号,宋聘敬号。通常都有一张糯米纸,印上名称,就是“内飞”。

1. Before 1950: the tea before this time is called as “antique tea” such as Centurial Songpin, Tongxinggong Cake, Tongqing, Tongchang and Songping, etc. In general, this is a wafer for these tea and it’s printed with name, which is called as “Neifei”.


2、1950年~1968年:所谓“印级茶品”,也就是包装纸上,“茶”字以不同颜色标示,红印为第一批,绿印为第二批,黄印为第三批。

2. 1950~1968: “imprinted tea” means that “tea” is labelled with different colors. Red imprinting is the first batch, green imprinting is the second batch and yellow imprinting is the third batch.


3、1968年之后:此时茶饼包装不再印上“中国茶叶公司”字号,改由各茶厂自行生产,统称“云南七子饼”,如:雪印青饼,73青饼,大口中小绿印,小黄印等……

3. After 1968: at this time, the package of tea cake is no longer printed with “Chinese Tea Company”. They are manufactured by each tea factory and collectively known as “Yunnan Qizi Cake”, including Xueyin Green Cake, 73 Green Cake, Medium and Small Green Imprinting, Small Yellow Imprinting, etc.



 

4、2019年开始:老同志绿色方圆系列茶品重新定义:99克普洱;统一茶饼茶砖规格,1小盒包装为99克/饼或砖,5饼或砖为1大盒,6大盒为1件规格。包装印有99克普洱最新标志。

4. Since 2019: Old Comrade Green Fang Yuan series are redefined: 99g Pu’er; specifications of tea cake and tea brick are unified, 1 small box is 99g/cake or brick, 5 cakes or bricks are 1 large box, 6 large boxes are 1 piece. The package is printed with the newest symbol of 99g Pu’er.


 


另外,品茗、辨识普洱茶时需注意有关于“清、纯、正、气”四个点

Besides, it’s necessary to notice four features when tasting and identifying Pu’er, namely “freshness, purity, normality and odor”.


一、 清:闻其味;味道要清,没有霉味。

二、 纯:辨其色;茶色如枣,没黑如漆。

三、 正:存其位;存放干仓,没有潮湿。

四、 气:品其汤;回味温和,没有杂味。

1. Freshness: smell taste; the taste should be fresh without mold.

2. Purity: distinguish color; the color should seem as jujube instead of being as black as paint.

3. Normality: store position; store in dry warehouse without humidity.

4. Odor: taste liquor; mild aftertaste without foreign flavor.
